A modern and forward thinking Conveyancing practice whose office is based in Chester but predominantly offers remote working is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team.
ABOUT THE FIRM:
Our client is a well established Conveyancing practice operating across the UK offering a seamless service to clients looking for a smooth conveyancing transaction.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be joining a small but experienced and knowledgeable team who pride themself on service levels. You will be dealing with a range of matters to include but not limited to sale purchase, freehold, leasehold, new build, transfer of equity. The role can be predominantly remote working with the requirement to come into the office 1 day per week.
Salary is competitive, together with excellent benefits.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
You will have previous experience dealing with Residential Conveyancing matters and running a case load from inception through to completion. You will be able to hit the ground running and will be happy to work within an agile environment with minimal supervision.
You will able to work well under pressure, be well organised and able to work to timescales.
