An established and forward-thinking conveyancing practice is looking to recruit experienced Conveyancers as part of an exciting period of growth.

The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The role requires someone confident in handling files independently, with strong technical knowledge across the full conveyancing process.
Key Responsibilities -
Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
Handling matters from instruction through to completion
Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
Working collaboratively within a supportive team structure

Capped caseloads to ensure quality over quantity
Dedicated onboarding and post-completion teams, allowing you to focus on core legal work
Holiday cover team in place to support workload during annual leave

About You:
Experienced Conveyancer with the ability to run files independently
Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing
Proactive, organised and able to work with minimal supervision
