A well-established, highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation for residential property work is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team.

The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of client care throughout.
Your caseload will include:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Transfers of equity
New build transactions
You will work as part of a collaborative and well-supported team, with access to strong administrative support and efficient case management systems.
About You:
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, or experienced fee earner
Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
Excellent communication and client care skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
