Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer - Chester
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a growing, well-regarded law firm at their offices in Chester.
This is a key hire as the firm continues to expand, offering the chance to play a central role within a high-performing and supportive team.
The Role:
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The work is varied and includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling a full caseload of residential property transactions
- Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently with a strong focus on client care
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
- Ideally 5+ years' PQE, although flexibility will be considered for the right individual
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing with the ability to run a caseload independently
- Commercially aware with a proactive and organised approach
- Confident communicator with a focus on delivering excellent client service
