An established National legal practice is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the property team at their Liverpool office. You will have previous experience within a Residential Conveyancing role.
The Role:
You will be working for the Head of Property within an established Residential Conveyancing department. Matters will include buying, selling, auctions, transfer of equity, leases and right to buy.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have solid experience of supporting in running a residential case load from onset to completion.
You will work well individually and as part of a team.
You will be well organised, have good attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is competitive, depending on experience.
